Join me for three hours at some of New York's best oyster bars and restaurants.
$150 for three hours: includes drinks, oysters, small bites and the tour guide.
Tour One: The Lower East Side
Wine, beer, and bubbly at some of New York’s best oyster bars.
The Wine Bar: 6pm – 7pm
The first stop is a beautiful and intimate wine and tapas bar which serves not only fresh oysters but tasty bites as well. Warm and inviting, we’ll sit in the back room where we’ll sip wine and learn how to differentiate flavors, textures, and merroir.
A New York Icon: 7pm – 8pm
Next, we’ll head over to one of New York’s landmarked buildings for some New England oysters and a glass of traditional stout. We’ll take some photos in front of the iconic sign, take in the warm ambiance, and talk about the history of New York City and oysters.
The Cocktail Bar: 8pm – 9pm
We’ll end up at one of New York’s great cocktail bars where we’ll sample a few West Coast oysters along with a glass of bubbly or a cocktail. At this beautiful spot, we’ll continue to sip and sup and you’ll have a chance to ask any questions you like as we end the night with a bang.
